We fire our ceramics at over 2000 degrees F to guarantee clay and glaze maturation and vitrification, this means that clay will be as strong as it can be and the glaze will be nontoxic, food safe, and flame retardant.

Although we take thorough measures to ensure a safe journey for ceramic orders, we understand that life happens. If you receive a damaged or broken item, please take a photo of the item in the packaging with the shipping label visible and contact us within 24hrs upon delivery.

If you cancel your order within 48hrs, we will be able to issue a full refund. However, after 48hrs our store policy is to issue a partial refund for the value of the item, as shipping will have been processed by that time.
